Mice in the hut

A message yesterday to cancel Essex Forest Initiative tree planting  - so an unexpected free day. Popped to the parkrun hut with G - to find that there has been an invasion of mice. They seem to have found a warm cozy place to settle; soft toys and parkrun tabards make a cozy nesting place. So we brought back the stuff to wash and sort through. Stanley and Stannette headed for the bin and after a couple of wash loads sufficient tabards smelled fresh again and we were prepared for tomorrow's parkrun.
