No parkrun for me today. The cold weather and feeling peaky were my excuses for staying in bed.
The parakeets have taken to our new bird feeders. Unfortunately, they all flew away when I closed-in on a photo. This snap is a compromise that involves sitting on a sofa and zooming through the widow. A soft focus, which disturbs no one.
