Laptop troubles

I arrived at work today and plugged my laptop in and it crashed. It also seemed to have wiped itself of all my details so I couldn't get into it nor could the IT dept access it remotely. Fortunately I only got it on Tuesday so there wasn't much to lose but a bit of a pain all the same.

Tonight I spent ten minutes swapping over Michelle's DVD drive on her laptop. For some reason the new one came in 3 bits without the screws to put it all together so I had to recycle some from the old drive.

It wasn't until after I had done it that I thought to ask her why I was doing it when it was her works laptop and they are a massive multinational company with a huge IT dept.

Anyway done now and all working....phew!
