Two soups
I’ve been wanting to make pea and ham soup for a while. Apparently it freezes very well. The kitchen smells very nice as it slowly cooks.I’m not putting the ham in till later as that’s already cooked and isn’t on the bone. I also want to have a veggie option frozen. I have a few bay leaves in there and couldn’t work out how to put a couple of all spice berries in there without them getting lost so I’ve used a food safe tea strainer in the shape of a boat. Hopefully it works ok.
