parkrun

Today we had the long awaited 400th parkrun event. It was cancelled the last 2 weeks due to the weather. I’ve managed to make each of previous centenary events.

I was also down for barcode scanning once finished as they were expecting a large turnout. It wasn’t too large in the end. We had 312 which is only slightly higher.

I was very chuffed to see that I broke 23 mins. I have a personal target that every year since I started (2016) I managed a run under 23 mins as I’m usually around 24/25 mins.

MrsT and H joined me this morning. They were walking as we’d already done a morning dog walk before parkrun.

Ten pin bowling in the evening to round off Saturday.
