Photo-Bomber!

The weather has been dull today. We didn't go far. Brian had another rough night with coughing, but I was exhausted enough from being at work to easily sleep through it all, snug with winter quilt, hot water bottle and a throw on top.

We watched a first round Challenge Cup rugby league match between a couple of lower league teams. It was hotly contested and went to extra time. Waterford Warriors beat Leigh Miners Rangers Also we saw Lincoln City beat Northampton Town, 1-0 away! Well done the Red Imps!

We ended up going for a walk in the Arbo as it was getting too dark to be worth going further afield. I chose this shot because of the photo-bombing dog! He was very lively and mischievous, running off to play with another dog on the far side of the park at one point. The eagle-eyed may also spot the Tardis!

I keep getting adverts for specially ordered cat food on Facebook. They all say that supermarket cat food is bad for cats. I suppose they would say that, to sell their own product, but I do wonder if we are giving Minstrel the best food we can to keep him fit and healthy. I could ask the vet when we next go, but it is situated in a pet store so they too may have a vested interest in recommending things the store sells...

That said, I will be having microwave pasta from the Co-op for my tea! I'm very much looking forward to the kitchen being fixed.
