Monkeying About

Dark and grey here today, and to tell the truth I've not managed much other than to process some more images from the Amazon section of the trip.  I'm now on the penultimate day, so there is definitely some light at the end of the tunnel. This turns out to be an image I didn't think that I had managed to get.

Of course, once I've finished the processing of the images that I want to keep I then need to delete the vast majority of the rest of the images.  That will be quite a "brave" moment and will probably require a further double check of what is about to be deleted, just in case.

After that, the next step is to select the images that I'm going to use for the camera club presentation that I've agreed to give.  To be fair, those are the same images that I will end up showing to the family and friends who have been asking to see the photos.  It would be great to get that bit sorted out by the end of this month.  That would then allow me to think about what I do in terms of printing - e.g. do I produce a book of the highlights for myself.

Of course, I've already decided that I need to go back to the Ecuadorian cloud forest ...
