Holyrood Park, Dunsapie Loch

A return trip to Edinburgh to visit the Turner in January exhibition. Particularly good this year because of the swap with Ireland’s Vaughan Bequest. Arriving before it opened still meant there was a longish queue which was unusually chatty so the time passed quickly.
Afterwards I did a circuit of Holyrood Park taking in all three lochs. Unfortunate that the Radical Road remains closed, largely due, I gather, to Historic Environment Scotland’s flawed approach to managing risk.
