Feed the birds…

Twopence a bag!
Well I did have a bag of bird food with me!
Wrapped up and went to my favourite bird feeding, spotting place.
RSPB Middleton Lakes.
I always take a bag of bird food with me and place morsels of seed and suet at the various feeding posts dotted around the reserve.
The birds are well trained.
Quite a few times they’ve fed from my hand , but that needed more time and patience than I had today. They were still very quick at coming down to eat.
There were quite a few people around with very smart photographic equipment. Proper wildlife stuff!!!
