At the pond

Felt much better today and so we had a walk at the pond.  It was busy and I enjoyed the much needed fresh air.

We met up with some long time walking friends, quite by chance, and had a lovely chat sitting on one of the benches, until we all got a ilttle cold and had to move on.  They had just had cofee, otherwise we would have gone to the Boathouse...... next time.

We had an M&S takeaway for our meal tonight, a real treat for Bob, and it was delicious.  Sometimes you just have to.......
