Sunrise Swims

The bonus about the darker days, is that at 8am you can watch the sunrise while bobbing about in the Forth. Another wonderful morning of community. L and I went for a coffee afterwards to put some training sessions in. We’re getting ready for Go Swim at Loch Lomond in August, 750 metres here we come!
