Ballet High

I was too late arriving and too slow when I got there to get any artistic shots of this ballerina and danseur performing their pas de deux. They may well have done some of these moves, but there seemed to be a lot of lifting involved.

I've no idea if they are promoting something for the official Festival or the Fringe but they were performing for the official photographer you can see in the high visibility vest (High-Viz) on the left - the one that's being crowded out by all the other itinerant photographers getting in on the act. Every so often High-Viz would say something to a wee guy who would then go up and instruct the participants as to what was required through the medium of dance and mime. I have to say, they never seemed to do what he was showing them.

Perhaps it's all in the interpretation?
