Used to do loads, but a negligible amount over the last decade, other than over necessary painting.

Shifted a couple of sheets of chipboard flooring up into loft. They'd been annoying me in the living room for several months. Pulling up the last one, I thought to myself, "see, that wasn't difficult." ...knocking over the ladder in the process. Getting back down was now somewhat more challenging.
