Long run / photoshoot

Work wanted some images of runners in our tech t-shirts and so I combined a little photoshoot with Ali's long run. We're having some new shirts done soon which I'm glad about because the writing isn't massively easy to read on these. That was my feedback and I'm glad this photo proves my point! I was on the bike and I always forget how much colder it is than running. My feet needed a full defrost afterwards. 

This afternoon I took myself off to Nescliffe for a little stomp and it was still absolutely freezing but better with feet that were moving.
