The Spare Room

I may have mentioned that i have been borrowing/ warehousing/ whatever, Penny's spare bed for a number of years. As she and Steve now have a spare room, they have not unexpectedly, reclaimed their bed! My niece is coming to stay for a few days next weekend and so my lack of spare bed/ mattress/ etc etc had to be remedied. This has now been achieved. (well almost, mattress topper arrives tomorrow hopefully. But you cant see that in the photo. Hurray. The bedspread is one that I put together many years ago - when apparently i had time for "hobbies". I confess I had the quilting element done for me
