Maybe the cake from my trip out to the WI fete has caught me up and bit me on the bum. Apart from a rubbish day food wise on Saturday when it was just too hot to cook and I snacked all day I followed plan all week. So, cake 10 days ago and too many snacks appears to equal a two pound gain.

Oh well.
