Merry Go Round of Life

I've had a really lovely day today. Ma and I went for a delicious roast at The Wolf, before heading over to the Botanical Gardens for a candlelight concert by The Sekine Quartet. They were playing music by Joe Hisaishi, largely from the Studio Ghibli movies, and it was absolutely beautiful. The candlelight really made a lovely atmosphere for the music, and of course Hisaishi's scores are truly stunning; I teared up during about 4 songs! I really like that they allowed photographs during the final song, too, because they like folks to share their pictures on Instagram, so I got some lovely images. A most splendid Sunday.
