Sunday ...

... funday snowday. 

As promised (and forecast) we received several inches of snow today.  It started in earnest around 10:30 am and hasn't let up all that much at the time of this posting ... 7:00pm.  So far the total snowfall is around 6 inches and counting.  

That said ... we got out before lunch for a short, cold walk at Housenick Memorial park.  Thankfully we beat the start of the snow storm and were home before it really started to snow.  

I've enjoyed watching it snow since I knew I didn't have to drive anywhere else today.  I also enjoyed photographing all the wildlife ... including this beautiful male Northern Cardinal.
