A morning walk to Marrickville to check out what’s new, visit the library, join the old men drinking coffee and eating pastries in front of the Hellenic bakery and pick up some fruit at the Vietnamese greengrocer’s. A new sign asked customers not to sniff, squeeze or kiss the mangoes.
