Fugu

So the girl was doing something for school and they had the statistics for Fugu poisoning and the associated reason or fault.

Every year about 4 or 5 people are poisoned from Fugu 1 or 2 even die.  To prepare fugu you have to train and gain certification.  A skilled chef can safely remove the poison and slice you up some sashimi.

The list of fault responsibility reason read like this:

What what now....Where did they find it?  Why on earth did the eat it?  Was it at the side of the road like an unfortunate hedgehog?

Todays' Japanese phrase is "Hirotta Fugu wo kuuna!" 

Don't eat Fugu (poisonous blowfish) that you just happened to find.
