Yellowhammer

Another bunting today. This one isn't very sharp and some of that is deliberate because it looked so grainy when I downloaded the image. It looks ok on a phone but not so much on a big screen.  I had seen a kestrel too but bird life was a bit lacking. A yellowhammer is always nice to see though. 

I walked Flora the route I usually do in a Tuesday with my neighbour. It's really quite a dull walk without someone to chat to but it gave Flora some exercise on her long lead. She's at the vet this afternoon so I hope she gets a good report. 

I have an online meeting someone from the head office of the charity for which I'm a trustee. It's taken a ridiculous amount of effort on my part to secure this contact. I need to keep my irritation in check. 

Yoga this evening. It's required.
