Enclosed….

….I wandered through to the dining room this morning and Nancy was watching the birds arriving for their breaky. Shortly after she left the room some Bullfinches arrived to inspect our raspberry canes. Shame she missed them but later she was rewarded with our first Goldfinch on the feeder. Great excitement.

To the gym for another torture fest before we headed round to big Tesco for the weekly supermarket-type-things shop and a go at their cafe. The posh beans on sourdough toast with poached egg was quite edible.

Back to Bozzels via Gala dump (some greenery to deposit) and soda bread made before tea was rustled-up.

The Great British Menu starts on Wednesday which is good because we traditionally drink wine when watching it.
