A Complete Unknown

This is Kings Lynn Corn Exchange, theatre and cinema. I went there to watch "A Complete Unknown". My blip today was going to be a picture of the film poster but I could not find any, the spaces where I thought the posters would be are now screens showing scenes from upcoming features but not the current ones. So this is a quick picture taken as I left the car park

I heard about the Bob Dylan film last year, very excited especially as it covered his early days.
Went to the cinema today and was not disappointed. Those playing Dylan and Joan Baez very good, Johnny Cash was OK. Great songs, well sung, its surprising how many of the words I knew, if not the tunes.
 
It occurred to me that some things don’t change. In 1965 Dylan upset his audience by the way he played. Some of the reviewers of his 2024 tour were upset by the way he played. Had I gone I would have wanted to hear his old songs sung in their original way but Dylan seems to do what he wants, the audience can like it or do the other thing.
