Footpath

Shorter walk round the community park about the same as I did before my operation. Not taking so long to get round now though, which is a good improvement.

Some chores.done.

Beanies & scarf arrived today I had ordered to wear during treatment. I usually spend the winter in woolly hats so these are softer and can be used as an under layer if very cold outside or keep warm indoors.

Write up my notebook with dates & notes leading up to being unwell. Read the medical paperwork given fortnight ago so can ask questions this week. Just made my head spin again. Side effects - scary scary scary!

Phone call from Dr Respiratory to confirm changes to meds as discussed last week.
