Mind the gap...

This little diptych was given to me almost 25 years ago and I keep it to remind me of several things... mostly that whilst I can do something, the task is not necessarily all mine to do, plus gap-filling is meant to be just that - "No!" might actually be the better response when asked to do it for longer than was ever intended.

Mind you, my colleague and I have drawn a strong boundary about what we can do admin wise if I am to fill a gap elsewhere. We are proud of ourselves!!
