Paphiopedilum

The first meeting of the year for the village social club. A good turn out and the speaker talked about three projects the volunteer on, Armboth Fell, Eycott Hill and Swindale.  Very interesting particularly if like me you have an interest in wildlife both animal and plant.

It is a very long time since I tried any really close macros.  So out camt the extension tubes and the Paph and I retired to the studio,  The hairs in the throat of the flower have always interested me so I thought I would try those.  You see the result.
