Sgorr na Diollaid

A late start meant a short day today, despite a crystal blue sky in the morning. A nice local hill is Sgorr na Diollaid in Glen Cannich and today's blip is looking south from the top, with two unknown walkers in the middle foreground.  Sgorr na Diollaid translates as "Peak of the Saddll" and the extra, taken looking aback up at the summet, shows why. There was a hard frost last and the air temperature stayed below zero all day --- any shaded ground stayed white with hoarfrost all day, though it melted and thawed almost immediately if the sun got on it.
