A Sad Day

After physiotherapy this morning I went and visited my Aunt Nancy who was 103 last May. I past by the historic church in Papanui Rd, Merivale the Chinese Methodist Church which is being demolish this week . It is sad to see happen I was hoping it would have been saved but as it says in the article they just was enough money to be able them to repair it. It was built in 1894 and the along come the earthquakes and now it is go for ever!

These are more I took today. It was hard to know which one to use. I like this one because of the lovely stainglass windows that are left and the arch.
