A Feast For The Eyes

We got up early today to watch last night's Match of The Day 2 - with a particular highlight being my team, Liverpool, beating Spurs rather remarkably 6 - 3, where there could have easily been more goals from either team. We're top of the league at Christmas - Come On You Reds!
It was then time for another, in my case celebratory, run before heading out later to West Malling for a spot of lunch at The Five Pointed Star with a quick stop off at the local Tesco on the way home for a rather eclectic purchasing of wrapping paper, beer and toothpaste.
Later our friend A , who we haven't seen for a few weeks, came over with the gift of a tiramisu and a parcel for us that had been delivered to her house by mistake. She stayed for a cup of tea and a homemade mince pie and we had a lovely catch up chat.
I didn't particularly want another festive image for today so I just went for a feast for the eyes, in this case literally, with huge splashes of colour (actually ring binders for our Feast magazines with a helpfully placed vase of flowers in front of them).
