Palace

Trip to London today to meet two friends for a long lunch. I decided to walk to the restaurant in Soho from Victoria station, so the route took me past Buckingham Palace. No flag flying today but lots of tourists outside.
The lunch, at Krycket, was delicious. We then moved on to a Soho House bar where we drank more wine and talked about things in my old work world, from which I feel increasingly distant. Journey home was fine
