1990: John McEnroe disqualified from the Australian Open
Quote Of The Day
"Tennis was a white, upper-class sport, and I wanted it to be treated like other sports were."
(John McEnroe)
Every year I bring my class to the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake Memorial Museum and every year I am blessed with splendid weather. This is extremely fortunate, because there is no covered area for the children to eat a picnic lunch after leaving the museum. This photograph is taken looking back at the from the area where we ate our picnic lunches. We had a wonderful time.
