Bluer Monday

Didn’t rest well last night, it being Sunday the hotel was quiet and so the breakfast buffet was lukewarm warm and chewy by 8am. Struggled to keep energy all day with client then a long drive home. Started drive in time to listen with alarm and depression to Trump’s speech. Stopped at Beaconsfield Services for a horrible and unhealthy dinner. Blue Monday indeed!
