Watching Washington in Larnaca

Last Thursday, Elbows’s Cypriot host suggested he asked me to come out and join them in Cyprus. It was a bit ‘out there’ as a suggestion, but in the end, I said yes. Flight tickets are very very cheap at the moment.

So was up early to drive to a meet and greet place near Luton, and jumped on a plane to Larnaca. It’s a long way really and by the time I arrived, it was dark.

So 4 of us ate a takeaway and watched Trump’s inauguration. Lots to say about it but we loved studying the faces of the ex presidents as Trump made his speech.

I think I’m a fan of the Vice President and his wife.
