A Series of surprises?

      Surprise 1.  Shallots.  I thought I'd got them "all", so it's either a volunteer OR one/some, I'd forgotten about.
      Surprise 2. An early start with the, known, Garlic volunteers.
      Surprise 3. How many there are.
