Experimenting further with fake meat -rather than simple vegetarian - cooking, for health and planetary reasons rather than anything else. This time it was the turn of the humble sausage, which was casseroled within an inch of its…er..life? Not bad, made a few adjustments, but flavourful enough. More than happy to have any recipe recommendations from Blippers!
