We did an early supermarket shop while it was quiet, the scooter carried it back.
I met my friend for lunch, this was also very quiet. Called to a local butcher on way home, got personal service straight away.
Last call to get petrol and early afternoon that too was quiet.

There was a flaw in the day, my one hearing aid came apart, this is the second time this has happened, the first one was last week and it is not easy getting appointments. More annoying as these are new ones.
