Looking North

From the 5th floor of the 2nd Street Parking Garage, I saw this framed image through a construction window.  The new library and history museum is being erected adjacent to the car park.

Snow is predicted for tonight.. maybe 5 inches... very unusual for southeastern North Carolina.  Let's hope for this
