day 16

The day started with -13 outside, headed over to the studio around 9.45 am to get the wood stove on, it was around zero in there!!!  went back over around 11sh and it was only at 3-4 degrees....too bloody cold to work in.  so more wood on, and back to the house!   By 11.45 am i thought it would be up around +14 .... nope, still only about 8-9 - but i didn't want to have to go home again....so i bundled up, put more wood on the stove!  By around 1sh it was comfortable, but i was starting to get hungry for lunch......took a break and then back over there for another hour.

Spent some time with this piece .... i have been looking at it a lot, and took things very slowly - just making small changes, stepping back, looking some more!   See extra for where it is now.  Still not sure if it's done :) 

now it's time for a g & t in front of the fire and the tv....totally addicted to Peaky Blinders!!!   It is a bit gruesome lots of the time, but there is something just so compelling about that way of life, basically gangsters....and of course Cillian Murphy is pretty easy to watch...lol!
