I have a fond memory of really lovely Cheshire cheese that was made on the estate farm at Edge near Malpas but sadly no longer is. On Sunday a friend told me about a farm that makes Cheshire cheese near Malpas that is as good so I went online and ordered some. It arrived today. Mmmmm.
