A Lineman For The....

While I was on the road today there was a 4 lane roadblock while the lineman in the bucket truck worked on getting a mess of broken wires off an overhead line.
   I didn't see it happen, but my guess is that there were originally two lines across the road and one of them got snagged and wrapped itself around the other in the recoil.
