Hardly Working

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

It has been a sustained few days of sunshine. That's quite the news in Wellington this year which has had a resolutely sopping summer so far.

Not that I mind. I love the rain.

But the sunny spell has caused our garden to dry out. Consequently we have the chore of watering it at dusk. We don't mind. Watering the garden is fun! Especially when you are helped by a little orange cat. 

Crashy is so sweet running around all excited, then winding around your legs. Cats make everything better.
