Paddington

Walked into town early enough to manage to get a photo of the Paddington statue without too many people around. Looked at kettles which seem to range in price from £15 to £200. As they all perform the same job, it seems hard to justify spending huge amounts on one.  We played safe in the end and bought exactly the same model again but for about half of what it cost 3.5 years ago. 
Did some family history stuff in the afternoon and may have linked a photo of a 1920 double wedding that my dad sent me many years ago to another person's family tree. I think we share a great grandfather. It means that I may be able to put more names to the host of guests.
Can't quite grasp that 1920 is now over 100 years ago.
