Little Owl

The local community hub has started Mahjong on Wednesday afternoons.  I haven't played for over 30 years and I am sure when we played as a family with young children we made our own rules.  A friendly group and a fun couple of hours.
Then went on an owl hunt with a friend.  After visiting several parks around Christchurch, we finally found one.  They are only the size of a pine cone so we were probably watched by several while looking for them. Commonly called the Little German Owl, because they were introduced from Germany between 1906 and 1910.  Otherwise Little owl, Ruru nohinohi
