Striking

Dragged myself out after the sun had gone down, needed a walk and spotted these striking clouds!  Was hoping to see the planets lining up but I think my timing was wrong and I could only see Venus amongst the clouds.
Spent the day inside as it was very hot again, made myself some chicken soup which seemed to help my mood a bit.  
My two old Uni friends are coming to take me out for lunch tomorrow which I hope will spark me up. It’s going to be a 40c day but we’ll be inside a lovely Irish Pub with strong air con so I think we’ll be ok.
