Just Mince

Out fairly early to catch a bus up to the Infirmary (nothing serious, just voice therapy). The first of two buses actually but the second pulled away as I stepped off the first one - the Bus app said it was due in 2 minutes. That meets the ‘just mince’ criteria. I was however prepared for this eventuality, being a regular bus traveller again, and strolled a couple of blocks to catch a different bus that would get me to the hospital just a bit later than planned. The Bus app said it had left! Then it arrived! Whew, but more mince. I think that app is due for replacement.
And that was about it for the day, other than shopping, cooking, reading, Photoshopping and telly of course. The cooking involved more than just mince.
