Doctors in our village up to early 60s.the surgery room wasn't very big also the waiting room was small.you were able to hear the Dr talking to his patients wasn't at all private.Dr Reeves was such a lovely man ,I remember when he came to our house when our daughter was ill she was only two .he sent her to hospital being a boy the same age died a few days before with the same condition. The night he came out it was a very stormy night it was the evening the the lightning destroyed a 100 year old manor house at Treza farm.the couple were very lucky they were woken by their dog which saved their lives.
