Thirty three

The local rag proudly proclaimed this morning that;

it's thirty three days since we've had any rain.
Thirty three days of the warmest temperatures on record.
(Most unusual when you live in a rain forest)
Maybe it's also thirty three days of not much to report.
It did rain today to end the record streak, but it wasn't enough to lick a stamp with.
There's a long weekend coming up, that's usually good enough to put an end to any good weather

Ah well. Until tomorrow....
