More Thread...

It was just too cold today to try to get out for photos - not to mention, bright sunshine with snow ... an exposure nightmare.  I was going to go with a shot of Jax but decided to play around with the old spools of thread again.  This is a large spool, being almost 2 inches tall, with thick thread in a creamy off-white.  It has some discoloration from age, but still holds up well for photos, and since it lacked much color, I decided to do a sepia toned monochromatic edit.

Still rationing the news.  I feel like I need to know what is happening in the world, but I can't bear to read about some of the things being done here by that man.  I fear for my LGBTQ friends as I do not see this administration protecting their freedoms.  Needless to say, anxiety levels are running high right now.
