Birds and Bread

My Blip shows Black-headed Gulls swooping down for bread left for the local ducks. It was quite dull at the time, I was using the zoom on my camera, and they are quite fast and agile birds. So their movement is mainly blurred, which sort of suggests their speed.

Two different parents with children arrived with slices of bread for the ducks. Not a good lunch for them, but it was an attempt to engage the children with some wildlife.  The ducks were not interested, and when we moved further away, the gulls swept in.
