Sunrise again

Not expected and grateful to see before it rose behind the clouds. A few hours later snow appeared. I am renewing my sense of determination to keep on blipping. I find the days blur and dissappear and I have pictures on my phone and camera from each day but never seem to upload them timely so they come in batches. I'm pleased to have even done this but you know I feel its a resistance in me or an aspect I've been resisting of showing up, showing up anywhere really. So on the verge of quitting I saw what I had been doing. Anyway I was inspired to write and record a meditation energy practice type thing this morning on working with our energy to ground, centre and shield. You can take a look here. Something I'm putting into practice and know it would help other people too. I also edited this week's podcast uploaded and scheduled it.
Tonight is double class kickboxing dragging my feet about going but know I will feel good for going and it will help me. Anyway see you tomorrow with my timely blip.....she says hopefully!
